You’ll have to fight him in two small arenas before the real battle begins at the top of the tower.

Like General Winkler at the beginning, he’s incredibly tough, can use akimbo weapons, and is equipped with extra powers. General Lothar is equipped with a powerful power armor suit. There are ridges around the servers you can jump onto and use to strafe away. Here, the UberGuardian is supplemented with laser floor traps. The toughest fight (in my opinion) is actually the first battle in Brother 1. Use weapons that can pierce through hard armor. You can also destroy the arms of the UberGuardian with careful shots. Attach as many bombs to the back of the UberGuardian, then detonate.

Get the Dieselkraftwerk upgrade for cluster bombs, and you can destroy UberGuards in a single salvo. The Dieselkraftwerk is especially powerful. Use Cloak or sprint behind the UberGuard, then unload using akimbo guns, or use the special Kraftwerk weapons. The best strategy to take all the UberGuards down is simple.

The UberGuard has a weakness - the power core on its back. It fires salvos of missiles that track you, has an automatic laser cannon, and is incredibly tough from the front. The massive UberGuard robot is basically identical in all three fights. Follow him and continue to shoot until he hangs from the edge - shoot his hands, and he’ll go flying into the turbine engines. When Winkler is low on health, he’ll flee to the exterior of the zeppelin. The arena has two floors, so explore everywhere. Unload all your bullets into him, and use Cloak to collect health items if you’re load. Watch him when he escape and just stay on him. The trickiest part is just following him when he turns invisible. He isn’t incredibly deadly, but he takes a lot of damage. He can turn invisible, double-jump, and wield dual machine-pistols. He’s wearing a suit of power armor that has all the abilities you do. The first boss - General Winkler is encountered at the end of the Zeppelin stage. You’ll only need a few quick tips and pointers - and if you’re ever truly stuck, earning levels and unlocking upgrades for your weapons will do wonders for your survival.
